yes, it's actuually not for public use, only the dev team are using it, but someone in a usernet newsgroup leaked it 
so now it's out for everyone to use
here's a screen of what the gamelist looks like, looks nice aint it
i myself have this version, not that im pissing off the kawaks team but i have it so i can see what the Original dumps look like, (lol! SVC Super PlUS!! WTF?!) and to try and figure out how to play this 2k3 on nebula
you may able to find this version on some other hispanic emu forums, but i got mine from mirc
