New KOF 2K3 thread (old one disappeared dunno why)

I'm amazed.
Been out for a week or so and still no kawaks p1 released.
With SS5 and Ms5 it took no longer then 1 day after the first versions came out, SS5 was placed on kawaks right away from the start,by the way. ;D
