Emulation/Console Station & R U A NeoFreak?

i'm running an athlon xp2600,386mb of ram,60gb hard drive and currently got a radeon 8500 graphics card(though i'm waiting for a replacement geforce 5700 card as my first one was faulty....doh!!).i've got a 19 inch crt monitor,a single x-arcade stick and a saitek p2500 rumble pad.the operating system is xp pro......could do with upgrading again but i'm gonna wait and see were this 64bit processing lark goes(hopefully down in price!!)
