kof2k2 and mms4 on winkawaks?

man im glad a thread like this can be acceptable because well i have a question and i hope ya help me out because i got the decrypted set which is what i want and i had it a long time ago but i had to format my whole computer and after that i had to look for it again but now with all this searching and just getting the wrong sets i am really tired of looking for this rom. the problems i get with this rom has to do with audio and text. i can't read it in english, its always on a asian language and for some reason it plays the kof2001 song in the background and the voices are different and some of the guys have a voice of a female character. i don't know i just need help in running this game on the 1.46 version because i have svc and mostly all my roms collected in that emu. i don't know if it has to do with the dat, either im doing something wrong or what but ill leave here the latest set i had downloaded and tell me if its right.
