Nebula "Neogeo.dat" file

don't really use nebula but i think nebula has al the dats in its folder anyway...unless you mean a romcenter dat which i reckon it can produce itself by doing an audit,i know kawaks does this because i've done it myself.
kaz uses nebula so maybe he'll help more
