I am not going to go into any major details and I don't want to talk about this seller in a negative way as I have not purchased anything from him - however, that auction is by a well known person over at neo-geo.com called "Japhei". I'm sure some of you may have heard of him, but he has been known to sell bootlegs and these KOF 2003 boards are thought to be just that - afterall, KOF 2003 is selling for probably twice that price at well known and reliable vendors.
As I said, I'm not going to say for sure that they are not legit as I have never dealt with him, but before anyone goes to make a purchase, you HAVE been warned!
