I'll be up for playing almost any game against you guys, but I'd actually like to go for a few rounds of Magical Drop 3 or League Bowling. LB is mad fun in vs mode! Besides it'd be nice to play some non-fighters - even a co-op on Metal Slug/Shock Troopers/Blazing Star would be awesome if we could get it working reliably enough and without lag 
Like Throwen said though, the main potential problem is people having different romsets, as that will cause problems for sure.
