basically its similar to any file sharing programs except they have things called hubs,these hubs are for different things like emulation,videos,music etc.you have to meet the requirements of the hub to enter.usually the amount of gb. you are sharing.
theres a few emulation hubs with plenty of users so you should be able to get everything you need
