Pretty much what we said in that thread before until "other" events got in the way

The only thing you can do is to get the source code for MAME and modify it yourself so that it includes the newer games... or maybe find somewhere that is offering a download of a MAME binary that has the games you want enabled. Distributing something like this is against the MAME license however, so you will be hard pressed to find anywhere that has it. Unfortunately I don't think there are any other Neo Geo emualtors for the MAC.
Btw, SS5 roms aren't floating around yet so not even PC users have used them yet
