You don´t have the neogeo bios files in your games folder.
It´s a zip called neogeo.zip, that holds all the bios files to make the emulator activate the games.
Just place it in the same folder you have your games in and it should run fine.
,hhhh, pitty people don´t read the general emulation topic that is in here as a sticky......this would be solved without having to ask this question by many new users.
