Need help on "Power Instict Matrimelee" Neorage

I have the a similar problem I have 3 different versions of the rom I have pim.zip, matri.zip, matrimelee.zip and I have 2 different neoragex's and 3 different verions of winkawaks 1.45, 1.46, 1.47 all with loaders and I have 2 different nebula's 223c, and 223d. the 223c has a patch and 223d has a loader and I still can not get it to work any of the I get this error from all except for neorage:
neo-geo.rom, File not found
000-lo.lo, File not found
sfix.sfx, File not found
and with neoragex I get "Unable to load gfx roms"
Please someone help me
