The loader comes apart from winkawaks.
It's a different kind of exe to start playing the games.(you use this to playthe emualtor instead than winkawaks.exe)
You need to find the loader for winkawaks 1.46 or else you won't be able to select the games like SvC,Ms4,Matrimelee or rage of the dragon.
