Well it doesn't have a new name for some reason. It was updated by some hispanic group and from what I've read on a translation of the readme it just has a newer zlib dll file. It doesn't have the blue bars anymore and the background has a big pic of angel and various other video game characters. It runs without any problems on any windows OS but I've have noticed one strange thing. Occasionally it will speed up during game play which can be solved by simply pausing and unpausing the emulator but is a bit of a pain. I wouldn't bother with it unless you have windows xp.
