Here's a link that will help you a lot: www.hardmvs.comThere is a pcb guide on there that explains the differences between each type of MVS. There are a lot of minor differences on each board, like some have stereo, while others are mono, some have joypad ports so you can plug in standard Neo Geo pads, and lots more. Read the pcb guide on there (it also has pic of each board) along with the other stuff on that site, as it should be a great help to you Sometimes the larger slot boards take up a bit more power than the smaller ones (I think), so make sure the supergun you get is suitable for running the board you buy, or you may suffer problems. Preferably try to get one of the slightly newer boards, and don't go for a 1 slot, because some of those older 1 slots are have issues with Rage of the Dragons and some other newer games. I know that pain because the old 1 slot I use to have (MV-1) didn't not work with my RotD kit. As for the RGB to SVHS convertor, I'm not 100% sure as I never had to use one - but ask on the tech support forums at neo-geo.com as I have seen lots of people on there talking about them. Kaz
