What would you rather go with, Phantom or MVS?

Since your bringing up board with different #slots, besides the obvious ease of having multiple carts installed at one time, can anybody tell me how much more can you benefit from going for the 2-4-6 slot MVS's?

Am going for 2 slot MVS but I don't see any difference besides
Memory slot, 2 slots*duh*, and MVS harness.

Also do you know of any RGB decoders that'll let me use SHVS inputs for my Supergun on the TV?
Here in the US we have problems, since the standard of low budget TV's are SVHS or AV inputs.
