Talking to a friend, had an idea

I checked around at powweb and I know I definitely can't setup a tracker here (on my webspace) under any circumstances. However I should be able to find some other way of doing it on another server, and I'm going to look into it. Whatever happens, I do need to make absolutely sure that whatever torrent tracker we link to contains absolutely no illegal material whatsoever. I know there are other sites out there where I could upload stuff, but we really need to be in control of the one we use to stop there being any problems.

I'm going to look at it more closely this weekend
