Sorry to hear about that. I did see some threads on neo-geo.com where people were talking about service at the Neostore suddenlu going downhill and Shawn not responding to emails or posting on the forum. Now, I don't want to comment on what has happened cos no-one knows for sure, all I can really say is that all my past dealings with him have been top notch, and when I ordered things came VERY fast. I'd give it a little bit longer and hopefully there will be some news from Shawn. I'd also keep an eye on the neo-geo.com forum as there are plenty of threads about this stuff on there right now... hopefully nothing shady is going on and there is a good reason why he's not responding. If you still don't hear anything then I'd look at what you can do about it... is there any possibilty of you reporting this to your credit card company or similar (if you used a credit card that is). Speak to your local customer advide bureau if you have one too, they might be able to advise you on what you can do. Hopefully it won't get that far though... hope you get it all sorted out, keep us updated!  Kaz
