MS2 *might* have English text... I used to own it, but I can't remember 100% if it did. As for the other games, CFC is good fun if you like to play card based games ; emember there's 2 versions of it though, SNK and Capcom, both have slightly different card sets... it's a bit like the difference between Pokemon red and blue etc for the gameboy. I have no idea if the Japanese version of the game has English text on the cart, but there is an English version of the game available anyway. As for Biomotor Unitron, I never really played it but I heard it wasn't all that great really.
