That's not a bad deal, the games are pretty good:
Pacman: no need to explain
KOF R2 - Very good pocket version of KOF, good fun.
Neo Turf Master - One of my fave NGPC games, if you like golf this is VERY addictive!
Samurai Shodown 2 - Good game, not the best fighter on the system, but good nevertheless.
Metal Slug - 1st Mission - Pretty good game, Slug 2nd Mission is much better though.
Fatal Fury - First Contact - Plays well enough, but not as good as KOF R2 or SVC: MOTM
I couldn't tell you exactly what games support English text, but it's mainly the newer titles that *don't* have dual language. I'm pretty sure that games like KOF R2 do, but Last Blade, Faselei and others don't. That's about as much as I can say really. As for places to buy the games, I'm not too sure anymore... you could try lik-sang.com (in Hong Kong) though as they hd a few games in stock last time I checked, and there's usually a few on Ebay too. Finally, people do sell games on neo-geo.com's forums, so it might be worth checking there or posting a request if all else fails.
lik-sang.com are very good to deal with though in my experience, so if they have what you want I'd recommend them highly
