Oh hell yeah, the Noise soundtracks are some of the best ever and it would have been cool if they did the music for this game - but with the way Noise does its music on the Neo I doubt there would have been room for it, what with all the characters etc that have been crammed into the game.
Still, the music is very good in my opinion. It may not have the same catchiness that some of the best KOF tracks used to have, but it is still damn good and fits the game well I think. I don't agree with the notion that it sounds like KOF 2001 though - the music in that was very repetitive techno rubbish that didn't fit in wit hthe game at all, whereas even the poorer tracks in SvC aren't *that* bad
