The temple stage of Shin Gouki (never fought against mister karateka!!!) is awesome iwth the fire effect and the cool backgroundtune.
I also love the background of violent Ken (the caged fightingring with the flatline screens on the sides...plus that stage has got the coolest tune to fight on.
