It's been a while, i still don't have internet so i practically feel like a stranger in these forums with the few times i get to visit.
Without net i've been playing nothing but Neo and other arcade games. Infact i'm creating a list right now of what i think would be the perfect kof dream match that i'm planning on posting soon.
Anyways 99 is your best bet over 2k in music and video quality but 2k has the same characters and then some so it provides more gameplay imo. It just depends what you'd like more Taz.
