Sounds like it might be a faulty cart, but it's hard to say, so return it and try another if you can.Kaz
might be bootlegged too. check for authencity by looking at the cart and the package itself. if there are tell-tale signs of a bootlegged cart (cheap, plasticky-type material for the cart exterior, no copyright, etc.), return it. if you're sure it's not bootlegged, might be factory reject, so check in with the company hotline for that.
